Non-Binding Express of Interest
1. Purpose
This document serves as a non-binding expression of interest from the above-mentioned company (“the Company”) to participate in the UbuntuIQ Learning Management System (LMS) by enrolling staff members particularly cleaning and hygiene staff onto the training platform. The purpose is to confirm the Company’s intention so that UbuntuIQ and the Professional Body for Environmental Hygiene (PBEH) can begin planning onboarding, scheduling, and system preparation. This is not a legal agreement and does not replace the formal service contract that will follow.
2. Intended Participation
The Company expresses its intention to enrol an estimated number cleaning staff / supervisors onto the UbuntuIQ LMS as specified above. Onnboarding of the cleaning staff/supervisors is anticiated from anticipated onboarding date selected above. The Company also expresses its interest to participate in the introductory orientation and support process. The Company understands that exact numbers may change, and final commitments will be confirmed
in the formal contract.
3. UbuntuIQ LMS Overview (Summary)
UbuntuIQ is a data-free, mobile-first training and upskilling platform designed specifically for the South African cleaning and environmental hygiene sector.

4. Non-Binding Nature
This document is intended only to:
(a) Confirm interest
(b) Enable onboarding planning
(c) Secure the Company’s position in the upcoming onboarding schedule
A formal legal agreement outlining pricing, terms, responsibilities, and full service details will follow. Signing this document does not create a legal obligation.
